Andrew Goodman Foundation Announces Florida Early-Voting Litigation Win
U.S. District Judge Mark Walker has granted a preliminary injunction against Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner’s interpretation of Florida’s early-voting law. As a result, public colleges and universities in Florida will have the option to bring early-voting polling stations to their campuses during the 2018 midterm elections.
