This November, voters will help shape the future of their communities in the 2026 midterm elections. HBCUs have long been at the forefront of movements for civil rights and political participation, and their students carry that legacy forward by organizing, voting, and making their voices heard.
That’s why The Andrew Goodman Foundation is convening the 2026 HBCU Voting Summit to bring students and campus leaders together to prepare for Election Day and build lasting civic engagement. The Summit will equip participants with tools to navigate voting barriers, mobilize their peers, and strengthen a culture of participation on their campuses in 2026 and beyond.
The Summit builds on The Andrew Goodman Foundation’s commitment to supporting students of color and strengthening the infrastructure HBCUs need to sustain voter engagement. By investing in student leadership, we can help ensure that HBCU students have the resources and support to turn their collective power into lasting change.
