New Legislation Will Bring Polling Places To New York College Campuses
The New York State Legislature has passed and Governor Kathy Hochul has signed legislation to mandate polling places on college campuses with 300 or more registered students or at a nearby site proposed by the college. This legislative victory is a direct result of lawsuits filed by The Andrew Goodman Foundation and Bard College, which brought a polling place to Bard's campus in time for the 2020 Election.
