32 Andrew Goodman Campuses Receive 2025 Voter Friendly Campus Designation

Andrew Goodman Campuses received the designation from NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education and Fair Election Center’s Campus Vote Project

Thirty-two Andrew Goodman Campuses received the 2025 “Voter Friendly Campus” designation from NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education and Fair Election Center’s Campus Vote Project. The 32 Andrew Goodman Campuses are among 272 colleges and universities across 39 states and Washington, D.C. to receive the designation, which recognizes campuses that have committed to voter registration, education, and turnout as part of their institutional mission.

“We are so proud that 32 of our Andrew Goodman Campuses received such well-deserved recognition,” says Caroline Smith, The Andrew Goodman Foundation’s Director of Programs. “The Andrew Goodman Foundation is committed to sustainable movement-building and structural change on campuses and beyond. It comes as no surprise, but as a great inspiration, that Andrew Goodman Ambassadors’ organizing efforts to increase youth civic participation are making a difference on their campuses, and that those campuses are now being designated as Voter Friendly.”

Voter Friendly Campuses completed a three-step process, including developing a 2025 campus action plan, executing that plan, and assessing it. However, these campuses demonstrate a commitment to democratic engagement not just in federal election years, but year after year. Voter Friendly Campuses are continuing to prioritize the youth vote in 2025, a year with 100,000 seats on the ballot up for election.
