SLSV Coalition’s Resources For Intentional Voter Engagement Messaging While Addressing Systemic Racism

We're making our voices heard about systemic racism, racial justice, and the Black Lives Matter movement. As organizations and leaders in the student voting space, we must be intentional, responsible, and thoughtful when we talk about democratic engagement and voting. We can hold two things to be true: Voting is one of the most consequential tools for progressive social change, but the democratic system often harms and excludes Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities.
