Celebrate Andrew Goodman’s Birthday This Giving Tuesday
The Andrew Goodman Foundation (AGF) invites you to celebrate Andrew Goodman’s birthday and the enduring legacy of Freedom Summer 1964. This will take place on Giving Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM at the home of Sally Strauss and Andy Tomback on the Upper West Side of New York City.
All funds raised will support the Andrew Goodman Foundation’s Vote Everywhere Program, which empowers students on 66 campuses across 26 states and is charged with: nonpartisan voter engagement to increase voter registration and turnout, educating peers on civic processes, identifying and breaking down voting barriers, and continuing in the spirit of Andrew Goodman’s legacy.
At this pivotal time, when democracy and the right to vote are under attack and promoting civic engagement among young people is vitally important, we ask you to consider joining the Host Committee. AGF uses funds to support students efficiently in its Vote Everywhere program as they conduct nonpartisan voter registration, get-out-the-vote efforts, and promote civic debate and the free exchange of ideas.

Special guests are Andrew Goodman Foundation Campus Teams from Queens College, Montclair State University, Pace University, Ramapo College, Stony Brook University, and Bard College.
